Can I park on site?

Private parking is available on site (reservation required) for CHF 40 per day.

Is breakfast served on site?

Yes, you can choose between a buffet and a breakfast served in your room. More information

Is the restaurant open?

There's always a catering option available at the Grand Hôtel du Lac!

Is the pool open?

The outdoor swimming pool is open and heated in fine weather from May to September inclusive.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival from 15:00 to 00:00
Departure until 12:00
If you wish to request an arrival or departure outside the scheduled times, you can make a special request at the time of booking.
Note: special requests are not guaranteed.

What are the requirements for pets?

Pets are allowed on request in rooms only (a supplement applies).

During the summer season, pets are also welcome at La Marina.

Is there accommodation with a hot tub?

Our establishment does not offer accommodation with a whirlpool bath.

Which room should I book to have a balcony?

To benefit from a balcony, you'll need to book a deluxe lake-view room or a junior lake-view suite. Our two suites also have lake-view balconies.

Can we order food from the hotel restaurant to eat in our room?

We have a room service card.

Do you have a pontoon where we can moor our boat?

We don't have a private pontoon, but you can moor your boat in the port of Vevey, which has visitor berths, or in the port of La Tour-de-Peilz.
