Descended from a distinguished line of gastronomes, Guy Ravet cultivated his passion for gastronomy from an early age. His education at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne laid the foundations for his exceptional career, enabling him to travel the world and enrich his know-how. These experiences include training periods with illustrious chefs such as Alain Ducasse in Paris and Thomas Keller in New York.
