Cancellation policy for table reservations at the Grand Hôtel du Lac restaurants.
1. Table reservations at the Grand Hôtel du Lac restaurants may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
2. To cancel a reservation, you can use one of the following methods: - By e-mail to the following address: info@ghdl.ch. - By using the link provided in the booking confirmation e-mail.
3. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time will be subject to a cancellation fee of CHF 100 per place reserved.
4. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of CHF 100 per meal reserved.
5. Cancellation requests must be confirmed by the restaurant to be considered valid.
