The menu signed by the Chef de cuisine Thomas Neeser, exalts the harmony of the place. The culinary creations of Thomas Neeser, who gained extensive experience with great Chefs, are born of his imagination, based on classic, delicate French cuisine, to which he adds his personal touch with flavours of the world. Respecting the rhythm of the seasons, where regional products take precedence, the Chef’s cuisine is enhanced by an attentive yet discreet service, and a wine menu where the accent is placed on the best Lavaux vintages.

Smoking area times
In order to offer all our guests a most enjoyable moment on our terrace, we inform you that smoking is allowed at your table from 1.30pm (for lunch service) and from 9.30pm (for dinner service).
